The base model of our produsing EGO-FORNI is an utilitarian COPPER oven. It has original construction but smal weight and price. This oven produced in modal Standart (S) and frying surface from 100 to 140 cm. We can choose oven for your needs. You can buy oven for home using or you can buy not expensive Pompeian oven for your business. We can install gas if you choose this on order. This model is unique because it has air funnel out side above the shelf. That's way the smoke from cooking space doesn't enter inside. You can be sure that your maintenance and fire alarm system will be okay.
Ovens are produced in classic Neapolitan style. They have lightweight metal frame and average total weight. One-layer ceramic cooking space is covered by heat keeping and refractory materials. The dome of the oven is set on a ceramic concrete base in a metal shell.
