Why are we building Pompeian ovens? Do we have the moral right to do this?

Almost 20 years ago, while living in Italy, we began making pizza by working in various pizzerias in the south and north of the country. Year after year, we studied not only different types of pizza but also the equally diverse designs of ovens used for baking it. This was how our acquaintance and unity with Italian ovens developed, and it was this fact that became the primary reason why, ten years later, we started producing ovens first on a custom basis for friends, and then on a commercial basis for anyone interested. The very first oven, upon our return to Ukraine, was built for our home pizzeria in our yard, to continue baking pizza and cooking roasts in clay pots. This Neapolitan oven still serves us faithfully, proudly demonstrating its amazing cooking capabilities.

In response to the second question of this topic, I would like to say the following. We have made tens of thousands of pizzas in various ovens in Italy. We know what the stone breathes, how strong and resilient it is. We know what we are doing and for what purpose. We offer you our knowledge. If you want a product with phenomenal characteristics, we will make it for you. And no other oven, even from the most famous Neapolitan workshops, whether it be Forno Napoletano, Mastro Ernesto, Acunto, or Ferrara, will surpass you! We guarantee it.
