Cooperation Terms and Service Support by EGO FORNI

1. Order Fulfillment Procedure

EGO FORNI supplies professional equipment both from stock and through custom-made individual projects.

  • Custom Production: Carried out based on an officially approved specification.
  • Payment Terms: Work on the order begins once the prepayment is received.
  • Lead Times: Strictly defined in the contract or the issued invoice.

2. Logistics and Liability

We ensure that the equipment is delivered on time and provide full assistance in organizing logistics.

  • Delivery: Upon the client’s request, we recommend trusted transport companies for kiln/oven transportation.
  • Transfer of Risk: Please note that the responsibility for the safety of the equipment passes to the customer at the moment the oven is handed over to the carrier.
  • Limitation of Liability: EGO FORNI is not liable for any damages incurred during transportation after the goods have left the production facility.

3. Warranty Obligations

  • Warranty Period: All EGO FORNI ovens come with an extended 24-month warranty starting from the date of handover to the client.
  • Service: After the warranty period expires, we provide comprehensive post-warranty service and technical support.

4. Comprehensive Technical Support

We provide remote support for our clients at all stages of operation. Consultations include:

  • Equipment: Professional selection of additional tools and accessories.
  • Installation: Unloading, positioning, and installing the oven at the facility.
  • Commissioning: Connection to energy sources and conducting the first (proper) firing.
  • Operation: Recommendations on temperature settings and technical maintenance.
  • Gastronomy: Assistance with pizza recipes and advice on cooking various dishes.
